Just thought I would make a small reminder. Sometimes we get ourselves into a rut and can't see the light. We may not be able to see how much we're cared for, or that we're not alone, or that there's something to live on for. There's a multitude of things our brain can trick us into thinking. At this point we just have to take it day by day. Focus on making it through each day until we can take smaller steps towards helping ourselves see the truth and the positive side of things. You are not alone and there will be better days. Sometimes we just have to be in a waiting period, and it's rough. But things will improve. You will make it just fine.
