So Jeff The Killer is not fan made, Jane is. Other people thought they could make their own CreepyPasta chracters, well no. But if you keep it to yourself & only tell you`re friends/closest friends. Because some people do know the real person who made CreepyPasta. They could tell them that you`re trying to make a CreepyPasta character & tell them
