On February 9, 2005, this unidentified female was found in the Hudson River in Hoboken, Hudson County, New Jersey. The decedent had brown hair and brown or hazel eyes. She was wearing a Citizen brand quartz watch with a white face and black band, one black cowboy boot, and two dark colored socks with a floral design. She had very short fingernails and her toenails were painted pink. She was between 5’03” and 5’05” tall and is estimated to have weighed between 145 and 165 pounds.
