Anyways if you want to make stamps without cutting it you can use a combo of power point and photoscape. you can use photoscape to color over any type of background using black, grey, or white depending on the background then using power point to make transparent color tool when you click on format, but it is limited in what kind of background is behind the picture and if it has an all white background and the picture has some white in it or seems whitish it makes those transparent.
