Out of courtesy, respect, love. Love for what you do and who you are. We all are at different skill levels, we all like different things. That doesn't mean we should down rate another's work. Rating "FIVE" shows that person we are their friend and we are helping (and wanting) them to achieve a gold. If you can't have the common courtesy to rate FIVE for my friends, just don't rate at all. It is that simple. If you are in my circle and you don't go by this philosophy, please delete me. I really don't want to be in your circle if you are like this. I can't imagine anyone in my circle who would down rate, but if you like to down-rate, again, feel free to remove me from your circle. If I see you down rating one of my friends, and find who you are, you will be removed. My friends are precious to me.
